About Your Coach

Hi Bakersfield, I’m Heidy (Heydee), the founder of Forsythe Vision.

I help people speak with confidence and clarity by providing a space to practice and polish their message.


In 2013 I had the distinguished honor of teaching communication courses at my local community college and university. This honor afforded me the privilege to also teach in maximum security prisons and that's when the idea (to empower formerly incarcerated populations to speak with confidence) was born. Through the years I have seen many lives impacted through the power of structure and storytelling.

Today, my mission is the same - whether you're incarcerated or formerly incarcerated, I want to help free you from the fear and anxiety of staying silent. Your story is the key to unlock someone's pain.

I want to create a space where you can begin to unlock your fears!
